How it works

  1. You answer 3 questions. Age, Medicare enrollment, and your ZIP code — that's all we need to point you to the right licensed agent.
  2. You call and speak with a licensed insurance agent. A real person, not a recording. They walk through the plans offered in your county.
  3. You decide. If a plan fits, the agent can help you enroll on the call. If not, you hang up. There is no cost and no obligation either way.

Most calls take 10–15 minutes. The Annual Enrollment Period runs October 15 through December 7 — changes made during it take effect January 1.

Common questions

Is this Medicare, or a government website?

No. Senior Plan Review is a private marketing service. We are not connected with or endorsed by the United States government, the federal Medicare program, or the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. For official information, visit Medicare.gov or call 1–800–MEDICARE.

Does it cost anything to call?

No. The call is free and there is no obligation to enroll in anything. Standard charges from your phone provider may apply.

What is Medicare Advantage?

Medicare Advantage (also called Part C) is Medicare coverage offered through private insurance companies approved by Medicare. These plans bundle Part A and Part B, and many also include prescription drug coverage (Part D). Benefits, provider networks, costs and availability vary by plan and by county.

When can I change my plan?

Enrollment in a Medicare Advantage plan is generally limited to certain times of the year — most commonly the Annual Enrollment Period, October 15 through December 7 — unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period. A licensed agent can tell you which periods apply to your situation.

Will I be pressured into switching plans?

No. The agent's job is to show you what is available in your area. Staying on your current plan is always an option, and you are never required to make a decision on the call.

What happens to my information?

Your ZIP code and the answers you give on this page are used only to route your call. Information you share on the call may be used by the licensed agent to check plan eligibility. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and compliance purposes.
